Return & Refund Policy

At NikkiItems, each product is handmade with care and crafted specifically for you. To ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our products, all handmade and customized butters and oils—including pre-made, made-to-order, and custom-blended items—are final sales. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these products due to sanitary and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement when appropriate.

If your order is canceled before production or shipment, a full refund may be issued. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Warm Weather Notice:
Our butter-based products are made with natural ingredients and may soften or melt during shipping to warmer climates or during hot summer months. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. Simply place it in a cool, dry area until it returns to its normal consistency. For best results, always store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
